which may result in our product failing or service falling short of your expectations. Please contact us using the form below. Please provide us with as much information as possible regarding your complaint so our customer support advisers can log all the details. 

What you can expect.

  1. Once received we aim to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days. (Excluding bank holidays) One of our trained customer support advisers will investigate your complaint and may contact you should we require additional information.
  2. Our customer support team member will investigate your complaint along with all the facts and come to a conclusion taking into account all of the issues. 
  3. We will either send you a final response, a request for further information or a holding letter stating that we have not reached an outcome but giving an indication on when a final or further response can be expected. 
  4. This process can take up to 28 days for us to complete, in extenuating circumstances this may be extended.  

Complaint details

We do not monitor the work carried out by these installers and are therefore unable to guarantee the quality of their workmanship.
