We are offering you a manufacturers guarantee if you register your appliance with us within 30 days of installation. Simply fill in both the homeowner and installer detail forms below and attach a copy of your Benchmark Commissioning checklist and submit.

It is the homeowners responsibility to ensure that a fully completed Benchmark Commissioning Check list is uploaded with the registration. Failure to do so will result in the guarantee being invalid.

Johnson & Starley Ltd accept no responsibility for missing/incorrect information being submitted which may result in the guarantee becoming invalid
